Healers are a beneficial character in both Mother and EarthBound. The can heal certain status ailments, such as being turned to stone, mushroomized, diamondized, numbness or being possessed. While usually they charge money, they will pay fifty dollars to take the mushroom from atop of a character's head. In Mother, they can also restore Ninten or Ana's PP. In EarthBound, he works for the magic healing shrine.
