The Star Master is a character in EarthBound. He, as his name implies, is a master of the PSI technique, PK Starstorm. He first appears to Poo in Dalaam immediately before Poo goes to his Mu training. After getting out of the Pyramid in Scaraba, he asks to take Poo to learn the ways of the Starstorm. He returns again in the Cave of the Past to teach Poo PK Starstorm Ω. The Star Master has a fancy way of getting around: he appears, flies around spinning very fast, and lands gracefully.

• The sound effect of the Star Master flying is the same sound effect that plays if you use the Shield Killer.
