In EarthBound

The sesame seeds are found in the Dusty Dunes Desert above the main road and are only a single pixel tall, making them somewhat difficult to find. Although they are only seeds, they can be interacted with, expressing concern about whether the other seed still loves them.

In Mother 3

The sesame seeds make a cameo appearance in Mother 3 in the Empire Porky Building's 100th floor. However, they cannot be spoken to, as the platform where they are situated on is unreachable.
