Jeff Andonuts is a boy from the town of Winters. Jeff accompanies Ness on his adventure in EarthBound. Jeff does not have PSI abilities, but he is very smart. He uses his knowledge to repair items. Jeff often relies on guns to attack opponents. Jeff is also the son of Dr. Andonuts. Jeff also has a spy ability, which helps the player learn an enemy's abilities. At the end of the game, Jeff stays in Saturn Valley to study with his father. He receives a letter from his roommate, Tony.

In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Jeff appears as an assist trophy. He will shoot rockets, which will attack enemies.
