Tony is Jeff's room-mate at the Snow Wood Boarding House in Winters. After Jeff hears Paula's message for help, Tony accompanies him as a temporary party member. After going outside, Tony boosts Jeff over the gate to the school, leaving the party. In Toto, Tony will call Ness and ask for the player's name. At the end of the game, he sends Jeff a letter saying that he misses him. Tony is also one of the many characters that prayed for Ness and his friends in the final fight with Giygas.

Trivia

• In an interview with Shigesato Itoi, Tony was hinted at being homosexual.
• Tony's birthday happened to be the day after Jeff left Winters, as stated by a classmate of his that made cookies for his party.
