Runaway Dog is an enemy in EarthBound. It resembles a small, brown dog, wearing white eyeglasses; though they appear as eyes in its overworld sprite. It shares its overworld sprite with the Desert Wolf. It makes its first appearance near the town of Onett in the beginning of the game, being the strongest enemy to be fought at that particular point. They give the most experience points out of all the enemies near Ness's house.
