Frankystein Mark II is a minor boss from EarthBound, encountered directly after fighting Frank, the leader of The Sharks. It only attacks every other turn, generating a burst of steam before each attack and allowing Ness time to heal and prepare for the next attack. Fortunately, Ness will not have to face Frank again in the event he loses to the robot.
