The Crazed Sign is an enemy in EarthBound. It appears in both Fourside and Summers and can use PSI moves in battle, as well as basic attacks. It is very susceptible to Hypnosis.
The Road Block of Mother 3 is, similarly, a road sign that knows Hypnosis.
