The Fobby is an enemy in EarthBound, being the more difficult counterpart of the Foppy. They appear on the upper floor of Lumine Hall, and are often found in large groups. They can appear alone, with 4-6 other Fobby, Uncontrollable Spheres, Hyper Spinning Robos and Conducting Spirits. They are capable of using PSI, but begin battle unable to concentrate and thus cannot use PSI for several turns. They are weak to PSI Fire and PSI Freeze, as well as Paralysis and Brainshock.
