Isaac is a villager in Tazmily Village. He lives in the shack at Sunshine Forest, next to the hot spring area, his house has a box full of antidotes that the player can get. He appears in Chapter 3 as one of the first four people to buy Happy Boxes. Three years later, in Chapter 4 it's shown that Isaac is trying to join the Pigmasks, and is working a part-time job.

Much later in Chapter 8 he is seen on New Pork City, now a Pigmask, he shows surprise at Lucas being one of the "special guests" Porky speaks of, reminding Lucas that if he tries to do anything to harm Porky, he and Lucas will be enemies.
