Mr. Brown is a character in Mother 3 he stands behind the counter of the Claymen Factory, asking the Player his name before allowing Lucas to work on the factory. Upon finishing work, he gives Lucas the ticket needed to ride the Ropeway towards Club Titiboo and 200DP. During the remaining of Chapter 5, and most of Chapter 7, Lucas can return to the Factory, where Mr. Brown is still found, and continue to work for extra DP.

Later in the game, when the factory is shut down, he thanks Lucas for his support, and says that he is being relocated to New Pork City, along the rest of the Pigmask army.
