The Chauffeur is a character in Mother 3, responsible for driving a flying limousine. He is also the host of the three games in the Empire Porky Building required to meet Porky. At the end of Chapter 7, he takes Lucas to New Pork City in his limousine. If Lucas continuously sits in the passenger seat to talk to him, he will get annoyed. He foreshadows his reappearance upon exiting the limousine, saying he will see Lucas again with a different look.
