Scamp is a character in Mother 3. He resides in a house in the southeastern part of Tazmily Village. He owns a parrot named Myrna and a teddy bear named Mr. Beary, both of whom he cherishes very much.

In Chapter 1-3

Scamp is bedridden all day because of his old age. His parrot talks in an "unsavory" manner, and he asks Flint if he's responsible for it when talked to. He also mentions that he has an uneasy feeling concerning the village and suspects that there's something strange occurring.

In Chapter 4

Scamp is confirmed by Ed to have been deceased six months prior to the events of Chapter 4. Myrna has been moved to the Chimera Laboratory, where the parrot remains for the rest of the game, still speaking in the same manner.
