The Dadseyes is an enemy in EarthBound Beginnings, found in Magicant and its underground area. Aside from attacking, this enemy's only other technique is to fly into a rage, which drastically raises its offense.
Dadseyes will usually appear in a trio of enemies, alongside one Momseyes and one Watcher. Occasionally, it can appear by itself. Dadseyes is significantly more powerful than Watcher, but not as powerful as Momseyes unless it flies into a rage.
Dadseyes, Momseyes, Watcher, Foureyes, and Groucho are clearly related in some way based on their nearly identical appearance, shared location, and very similar Japanese names. However, this relation is never explicitly revealed. The existence of a seemingly disembodied pair of eyes acting on its own is never revealed either. All of these enemies are only seen in the bizarre land of Magicant.
