The Transceiver is a key item found in Mother 3 in Chapter 7. It is a communication device used by the Pigmask Army.
Usage
At the area where Aeolia's Needle once was at Osohe Castle, a Pigmask dropped the Transceiver. Lucas answers the call, and a Pigmask, mistaking Lucas for one of their members, tells Lucas how to get to the Chimera Laboratory.
