The Rock Candy is a single use recovery item in EarthBound. It is a rare stat boosting item.
Usage
When consumed by a party member, a randomly determined stat will be increased by 1. If used along with a Sugar packet, it will instead increase a stat by 2, thus it is uniquely the only stat incriminating item that is compatible with a condiment.
Glitches
Because the Rock Candy is usable along with condiments, it is compatible the Condiments glitch to be used many times. The glitch is often referred to as the Rock candy trick due to being the preferred item to use.
