The Waters of Time is a key item found in Mother 3 in Chapter 7. Using it causes time to speed up on whatever it is poured onto. It is used on the vines which are frozen in time at the Chupichupyoi Temple.
Usage
The entrance to Chupichupyoi Temple is blocked with vines, which are frozen in time and completely indestructible. The only way to remove them is to make time flow on them again by using the Waters of Time, which is said to speed up the flow of time. When the Waters of Time are sprinkled on the vines, they will rapidly flower and then wither away, opening the entrance to the temple and location of one of the Seven Needles.
