The Flame Thrower, abbriviated as Fl Thrower in the menus due to character limitations, is a reusable battle item in EarthBound Beginnings which only Lloyd is able to utilize. It cannot be purchased in any stores of the game, but is occasionally dropped by a Bla-Bla Gang member.
Usage
When used in-battle by Lloyd, it deals about 100 HP of PK Fire damage to all enemies. The PSI equivalent of the Flame Thrower is PK Fire γ. It has a 12.5% chance of breaking after being used.
