Starman Junior is an enemy in EarthBound and might even be considered the first boss. It appears a short while after Ness meets Buzz Buzz and explains that Giygas sent it back in time to stop Buzz Buzz from finding the heroes who could stop Giygas. The Starman Junior has several potent PSI attacks, but Buzz Buzz is able to block all of them with PSI Shield Σ. Unable to land any attacks, the Starman Junior is quickly overpowered.
