The NastyZombie is an enemy in EarthBound Beginnings, who resides inside the Rosemary's house in Spookane. It's an altered version of the Gang Zombie, where its clothes and skin color have changed to green, except for its shoes which has gotten a slightly different nuance of red. While its stats also have extensively increased when compared to its former counterpart, the enemy isn't able to utilize any attacks or abilities besides the standard one.

Trivia
- Like the Gang Zombie, the NastyZombie has bloodstains on its shirt in the Japanese version of the game, which got replaced by a tie in the English prototype and Mother 1+2 version due to the blood being considered as too violent.
