Myna birds are a type of bird found in EarthBound, based on the real world bird species of the same name.

In EarthBound

In EarthBound, there is a myna bird located near the beach in Summers. When spoken to, it repeats a quote randomly selected from some of the NPCs found in Summers and Toto. According to the EarthBound Player's Guide, the bird with the telephone on its head in the Deep Darkness is also a myna bird, referred to as the Talking Hill Myna. [1]
