The Mother Ship is an incredibly large spaceship in Mother, piloted by Giegue. It is responsible for the abductions of many adults in Youngtown, as well as Ana's mother and many other townsfolk. A captured man instructs Ninten's party to destroy it before attempting to rescue him. Giegue instructs Ninten to board the Mother Ship with him, but only him, before Ninten promptly refuses.
