The FrndshpRing and TimeMachine do have their own Encyclopedia Mother entries (with images, as well), which I'll try to dig deeper into. My memory about the map's status as an actual item is vague.
(Yes, it definitely seems more logical)

Bread Crumbs
{|
Bread Crumbs or simply Crumbs (パンくず Bread Crumbs) is an item which appears in one's inventory if the player has chosen to use a Bread, rather than eating it. If one uses a Bread, it will be rendered into crumbs and will be successively dropped as Ninten and his friends walk around, in order to leave a trail. If the crumbs then get used, it will transport Ninten to the origin of the bread trail, and it thus acts as an effective device to escape from tough or confusing areas.

Dentures
The Dentures (いれば Dentures) can be found under a sign to the west of the only building which is present in the Mislay Triangle. Inside of the building lives a man, who according to a legend among the citizens of Reindeer, hasn't had a cold during the last 300 years. When first met, he talks incomprehensively, and Ninten must give him the Dentures to allow him to be understood. This will result in him telling Ninten about his secret of avoiding colds, which is revealed to be thanks to the use of Mouthwash. He will then fill the entire inventory of Ninten and his friends with Mouthwash, which later on can be purchased by a young boy in the house for $10 each.

Franklin Badge
Franklin Badge
The Franklin Badge or FranklnBdge (フランクリンバッジ Franklin Badge) is an item present in all of the Mother games. In the original Mother it's only capable of deflecting PK Beam γ attacks, which normally would result in an instant death. A total of two can be found in the game; one from Pippi by answering her questions in a certain order, and one in a present in the northern area of Duncan's Factory.

In-game description
"Legend says that Ben Franklin wore this reflective badge during his experiments with lightning."

FrndshpRing
The FrndshpRing (ゆうじょうのゆびわ Friendship Ring) is an item that only appears in the Japanese version of Mother.

Last Weapon
The Last Weapon (さいしゅうへいき Last Weapon) can be purchased from the Mysterious Teacher for $1048, after Lloyd has joined Ninten's party. It's a gag item, whose only purpose is to tell the player how turn off the power of one's NES.

Memory Chip
The Memory Chip only appears in the Mother 1+2 version of the game, and is rumored to be a modified version of the IC-Chip, an item appearing in the coding of the Japanese and prototype version game. Its purpose is similar to that of the Onyx Hook, as it teleports Ninten to the remains of Eve at Mt. Itoi, whereas the Onyx Hook teleports him to Magicant.

Real Rocket
The Real Rocket (ロケット (ほんもの) Rocket (Real)) is a gag item, which can be bought from the Mysterious Teacher in Twinkle Elementary School for $3845. Immediately after it has been bought, a sound resembling the takeoff of an aircraft can be heard, suggesting that it flies off, which generally makes it considered to be a waste of money to buy it. Also, because of this, the item doesn't have any in-game description.

Red Weed
Red Weed (あかいくさ Red Grass) are plants that can be found throughout Magicant, and can be distinguished by their distinctive red color, in contrast to the other grass-like plants which are colored green. To obtain them, they simply need to be checked. In their current state, they don't have any real use, but when taken to Queen Mary's Fountain to in western Magicant, they will transform into Magic Herbs, and be able to replenish 30 HP each.

"It looks like just grass, but..."

TimeMachine
The TimeMachine (タイムマシーン Time Machine) is an item that only appears in the Japanese version of Mother, where it can be purchased for $2775.

Other
There are unused items in both the Japanese and prototype version of the game, which can be achieved through hacking.

IC-Chip
The IC-Chip is an item present in the coding of both the Japanese and prototype version of the game, where Lloyd appears to be the only character capable of using it, though a text saying "Nothing happened" appears when trying this. It is assumed to later have been changed into the Memory Chip in the Mother 1+2 version.  The item can also not be dropped from the inventory, which strengthens this theory.

PoisnNeedle and StoneOrigin
The PoisnNeedle and StoneOrigin was presumably supposed to have the same function as the enemy attacks of the same names.
