'''Electro Specter''' is the seventh Sanctuary Boss in [[EarthBound]]. It guards [[Lumine Hall]], the seventh [[Your Sanctuary]]. It begins the battle with [[Shield|PSI Shield β]] already active, making offensive PSI largely ineffective. The Electro Specter can use some of the special machines that are exclusive to [[Jeff]]. Once it is defeated, [[Ness]]'s party can progress to Lumine Hall and record the seventh piece of the [[Sound Stone]]'s melody.
