Within the valley there is a cabin where Paula is being kept. She gives Ness the [[Franklin Badge]] knowing it will help him stop [[Mr. Carpainter]]. Outside, Ness is ambushed by [[Porky]] who tries to stop him using [[Spiteful Crow]]s, however Ness is able to easily defeat them.
