The Natural Killer Cyborg, or the NK Cyborg for short, is a boss in Mother 3, found on the 100th floor of the Empire Porky Building. It has two red eyes, along with a giant pink metallic body and metal claws. Like most enemies associated with the Pig Army, it resembles a pig.
The enemy, as its name states, is very powerful and deals heavy damage that can easily take out anyone out if not prepared. He can use a "powerful swing", which functions similarly to Brainshock, and can use a self-repair system to recover about 500 HP.

- The song that plays while battling the Natural Killer Cyborg is similar to Michael Jackson's hit song, Beat It.
