Laura's Forest is a location present in Mother. The forest surrounds the path which leads from Podunk to Canary Village, which also is where the canary Laura lives, and is thus a probable answer to the name-related origin of the forest. The forest itself is otherwise unenterable and doesn't serve much of a purpose besides limiting the area where Ninten and his friends can move around at.
