Itoi]], finding a strange lab at the bottom of the lake. Ninten's party than begins traveling toward the top of Mt. Itoi along with Eve, only to find a robot named [[R7038XX]], who, in a battle, destroys Eve, although R7038XX is destroyed in the process. After Eve is destroyed, it's remains bear the seventh melody, and in the [[Mother 1+2]] version of Mother, Ninten will obtain the [[Memory Chip]], which will take his party back to the spot where Eve was destroyed.
