General notice template. Parameters as follows:
- align
- Aligns the template in a certain direction. Possible values: left, center, right
- background
- Automatically fills in a background with a color scheme. See Template:Darkcolor for available color schemes.
- width
- Adjusts width.
- roundy
- Adjusts roundy values.
- image
- If this is filled in, then a box for the image will appear in the left corner.
- size
- Adjusts image size.
- text
- Body text.
