'''Juana''' is an enemy in ''[[EarthBound Beginnings]]''. She is similar to the [[Nancy]] and [[Kelly]] enemies. She shares her Japanese name with a [[Suzy|character]] in the game, and was renamed for the scrapped localization in honor of the translation team's Licensing Department's director, Juana. <ref>[http://www.lostlevels.org/200407/earth-02.shtml Lost Levels: Mother: Censorship]</ref> She is strong against [[PK Fire]], [[PK Freeze]], and [[PK Thunder]]. She can survive [[PK Beam|PK Beam γ]]. Like Kelly and Juana, her in-game sprite was also graphically altered by the localization's head, Phil Sandhop, to remove indents of shadow on her breasts that drew too much attention to her chest: "I'll claim that one. While I personally have nothing against nipples, they are robots and carried no function other than to suggest female-ness.
