::Is offsite activity grounds for banning here, according to any policies? If so, it should be clarified. While his edit may have been rightly removed, it was in good faith and (as far as I know) was an accurate description of a fangame containing Giygas. Also, while he was disruptive in SmashWiki, he was not permabanned there, whereas his block was immediately made permanent here (something almost never applied to first edit violations, especially if the edit was in good faith).
