I noticed in my play-through of EarthBound Beginnings that when I fought Raeb Yddet, let it summon Sky Yddet, and then finished the battle with Sky Yddet as the last enemy, I noticed that the latter has a chance of dropping a PSI Stone. When I fought and beaten Raeb Yddets only, they never seem to drop them, which made me think only the Sky Yddet can drop it if summoned in battle.
