WikiProjects are projects with its focus on one part of a wiki's scope. Users can join projects if they want to. A project usually lists what goals it has so its members and other users can complete them. Even if you aren't part of a project, you can edit any of the articles in its scope. Vice-versa, if you are part of the project, you can edit any articles outside of its scope; a project doesn't bind you to that specific area. Projects are mainly there to show what you can do.

Leaders

Projects, in addition to listing goals and and participants, also have leaders. Leaders are the head of each project and can make most, but not all, decisions about how the articles within their project's scope are formatted. If a page falls under two projects, then the leaders of the respective project must collaborate in how the page will be formatted, with advice from the users in each project. During times, Admins may conduct an activity check on leaders to see if they are still active unless they have given information of a hiatus. Current leaders are:

How to become a leader

If you want to become leader of a specific project, two things must be done in this order:

  1. A month long vote may done between project members.
  2. Admins must discuss the work they've done if the user has received majority's vote.

If you pass these two inspections, the following code will be put on top of the project's page: Template:Leader|Example, with Example being replaced by your name.
