Laura is a canary in Mother living in the Canary Village. She resides in the northern part of Canary Village, just outside of the brick wall surrounding the village, and can only be reached by going through a hidden entrance behind the only silver-colored spire. When Ninten gives the Canary Chick to her, she sings the second melody because of being overjoyed by the reunion. Laura's Forest, which lies to the east of Canary Village, is probably named after her.

- The player cannot name any of the main characters "Laura".
