The Super Orange Machine, shortened as Suporma, is a gag item present only in EarthBound. It is the only invention of Orange Kid that can be obtained in-game.
Usage
When used on the overworld, it will play the song "Ode to Orange Kid," and then break once it's finished, essentially having no effect.
