The Skip sandwich and its upgraded form, the Skip sandwich DX (Japanese: ダブルスキップサンド Double Skip Sandwich), are recovery items found in EarthBound. It restores HP to a party member and allows them to run for a short period of time.
Usage
When eaten, the Skip sandwich and Skip sandwich DX will restore approximately 6 HP to the selected party member. The Tin of cocoa can be used along with it to double the amount of HP recovered.
Their secondary use is to allow the party to run for a short period of time. The Skip sandwich will allow the party to run for 10 seconds and the Skip sandwich DX for 20 seconds.
