The Fresh Egg is a recovery item found in EarthBound and Mother 3. It restores HP to a party member.
Usage
As a recovery item
When eaten, the Fresh Egg restores 80 HP to the selected party member. The Ketchup packet can be used along with it to enhance the effect.
Other uses
If kept in the inventory for several minutes, they will hatch into a Chick (indicated by a chirping noise) which will later grow into a Chicken (indicated by a clucking-like sound), which can be sold for a decent amount of money.
In Mother 3 only, entering a hot spring with a Fresh Egg in the inventory will cause the Fresh Egg to become a Hot Spring Egg.
