The Ramblin' Evil Mushroom first appears in [[EarthBound]]. Before being battled, they look like regular mushrooms. However, if [[Ness]] walks by an area with them, they'll attack. They are dangerous because they can cause Ness's party to become [[status ailment#Mushroomized|Mushroomized]], where it plants a mushroom on one party member's head. They're really weak to [[PSI Fire]], [[PSI Freeze]] and [[Brainshock]].
