PK Starstorm is a PSI attack, introduced in EarthBound. It is a powerful attack, only taught manually to those who have earned it.

Poo leaves the party temporarily with the Star Master to learn PK Starstorm α after they exit the pyramid in southern Scaraba, and later comes back with his new power in the middle of a fight against Master Barf in Deep Darkness. He gains PK Starstorm Ω at the Cave of the Past shortly before the party is turned into robots and transferred back in time to defeat Giygas.
