Mr. Brown is a character in Mother 3. He is a Pigmask Captain who stands behind the counter of the Clayman Factory, and asks for the player's name before allowing Lucas to work on the factory. Upon finishing work, he gives Lucas the ticket needed to ride the Ropeway towards Club Titiboo, as well as 200 DP. During the remainder of Chapter 5, and most of Chapter 7, Lucas can return to the Factory, where Mr. Brown is still found, and continue to work for extra DP.
Later in the game, when the factory is shut down, he thanks Lucas for his support, and says that he is being relocated to New Pork City, along the rest of the Pigmask army.
