Earthbound spawns enemies using spawn boxes that have a certain percentage chance to spawn the enemies listed inside of them. In the Desert, Deep Darkness and in Summers, there are 3 unique enemy boxes containing a 100% chance of spawning a Mole Playing Rough. The exact reason for this is unknown, but it likely has to do with error handling.
