Frank is an enemy in EarthBound. Frank is in the same group as the Pogo Punks, the Skate Punks, and the Yes Man Juniors. He meets Ness after said hero enters the game building and defeats the Yes Man Junior in the way. He asks for his name, but doesn't get any answer, and attacks Ness. Frank attacks by saying something nasty and brandishing his knife. After being defeated, Frank becomes tame and sends Frankystein Mark II to attack. After Ness defeats the robot, Frank calls himself "Failure Frank" and tells Ness about Giant Step.
