The Zombie Paper is a key item in EarthBound. It is a machine that is used to free Threed from its zombie infestation. It is obtained via a Mach Pizza deliveryman.
Usage
Once obtained, the paper must be used on the floor of the circus tent in the middle of the town. In Japan, it is explained that it also comes with a special device that attracts the zombies to the tent[1], resulting in them getting stuck to the paper on the ground.
When resting in the hotel, all of the zombies will gather into the circus tent and get stuck to the floor, including the ones blocking the blocking the Underground Road, allowing Ness's party to advance to Saturn Valley
