Enemy Knowledge

Apparently some enemies (Like the ghost of Starman) can learn moves like this one. Should they be noted in the article? A 10:59, 18 September 2010 (MDT)

A ton of enemies get PSI moves- though that would take a lot of time flipping through enemy databases and I just wanted to get the pages up. 8( If someone wants to add in enemy lists, go for it. →Tinā ^♫δ 12:35, 18 September 2010 (MDT)
