The factory in Murasaki Forest is only ever referred to as "Factory," and with capitalization, which suggests that it's the official name (it's Japanese name also just means "factory"). The one on the Highway is the one called "Clayman Factory" (again, same in Japanese), and is the place where Claymen are actually produced (the Factory only uses them as workers).
