Mother 1+2 is a compilation of Mother and Mother 2 on the Game Boy Advance. It was released in Japan on June 20, 2003. It was never released outside of Japan. It is noted that in Mother 1+2, there are several glitches that are not in the original game, like a walking bug, but some glitches were fixed, such as an extra fight after the game is over.

Mother 1+2 is a compilation port of Mother and Mother 2 on the Game Boy Advance. It was released exclusively in Japan on June 20, 2003. The game was rumored by Electronic Gaming Mothly to have an international release after it's Japanese, though it had never happened. The games are mostly unaltered versions of the originals, though graphical changes had to be made to fit the Game Boy Advance's small screen size and the sound is not up to par with the originals. Nothing else major has been added or changed, though the Japanese version is more or less a Japanese translation of the NES Earth Bound prototype. The game's Japanese slogan is "Kids, grownups, and even young women! All over again!"
