Near Onett Arcade, before defeating Frank |
Pogo Punk is an enemy in EarthBound encountered in Onett after defeating Starman Junior. Pogo Punks are, as the name suggests, riding a pogo stick. Pogo Punks can attack Ness by charging forward or just plain attacking. After being defeated, the Pogo Punk becomes tame. Pogo Punks are in the same group as Skate Punks, Yes Man Juniors, and Frank, known as the Sharks.
