Following the arrival of a [[Starman Jr.|strange noise]], however, the Tigers of the zoo, among other animals, were driven to violent and aggressive behaviors. This lead to them escaping their cages and causing havoc on the Zoo staff and its visitors, and prompting [[Ninten]] to investigate the disturbance. When encountered, Tigers are by far the most dangerous enemies of the area, as their high offense and ability to attack Ninten twice can outright devastate him in a single turn. As the experience and money Tigers drop are comparable to easier enemies in the area, it is usually a better idea to run from any Tiger encounters.
